Party Cancellation Policy 

The $100 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled party date, your $100 deposit can be converted into store credit for a future visit. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled party date, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be converted into store credit. Extra food orders that you have paid for can be refunded if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled party date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the party will not be eligible for a refund on extra food orders.
